Email / Social Media

Email is the primary form of communication for the studio. Any studio closures, scheduled or emergency, will be posted on both Instagram and Facebook and an email will be sent to dance families.

Please add bozemandanceacademy@gmail.com to your contacts so communication does not get lost in junk mail and like our social media pages.

Studio Newsletter

Each month, September through May, a studio newsletter is emailed to each dance family. Email communication goes to the Dance Studio Pro account holder email provided when the account was created. If additional family members need to be added, please email the studio with this information.

Any, dates, deadlines or class requirements will be listed in this newsletter and it is important for families to review it carefully.

Talking with the teacher

Our teachers are not readily available before and after class due to very tight scheduling. If you need to pass on a message or talk with your dancers teacher, please email the studio and the message will be passed on to them or a time will be arranged.

Class Absences/MAKE-UP CLASSES

Dancers should NOT come to dance if they have been ill (fever, chills, body aches, new cough, new sore throat, vomiting, pink eye, etc.) or anyone in their household has been experiencing symptoms. Please call or email the studio to report an absence to class.

Refunds are not given for missed classes. Dancers may take a make-up class that can be arranged with the office. A dancer is to keep make-up classes to a minimum; no more than four per semester.

DROP OFF / PICK UP / PARKING

Please drop off and pick up promptly before and after class.

Please only park on the BDA side of the parking lot or on the street. Please do not park in front of Weingartners (even for a minute) as they get deliveries throughout the day, night & weekends.

COLLEGE & ADULT PROGRAMS

ALL adult dancers, 18 and over (with the exception of Advanced Ballet) will take adult specific classes only.

While you will not find adult tap on the schedule, we will be offering Fall sessions of adult tap, and a more regular adult tap schedule in the Spring to prepare for the Spring Recital!

TUITION & FEES

There is an initial registration fee of $45 per dancer or $65 per family with multiple dancers.

There is a Spring Recital costume fee per class. The rate schedule for this fee is as follows:

• $85 per class if paid by December 1

• $95 per class if paid by December 16

Monthly payments are due the first week of each month. To pay monthly tuition, log in to your Dance Studio Pro account and select “Pay Online” from the account drop down at the top of the page. You can also set up Auto Pay on this page. Auto pay will be processed between the 1st and 3rd of each month. The studio does not send billing reminders each month, it is the responsibility of the payee to submit their payment on time.

Payment can be made:

• Online using a credit card with a processing fee

• Online by direct bank transfer with no fee

• In person or mail by check

A 30 day notice from the 1st of the month is required to drop classes.
